NP_032110Gliseraldehid 3-fosfat dehidrogenase (disingkat GAPDH) (EC 1.2.1.12) ialah enzim dengan berat kira-kira 37 kDa yang memangkinkan langkah keenam glikolisis, dan dengan itu, berfungsi untuk memecahkan glukosa untuk menghasilkan tenaga dan molekul karbon. Sebagai tambahan kepada fungsi metabolisme yang telah lama diketahui, GAPDH baru-baru ini diketahui terlibat dalam beberapa proses bukan metabolisme, termasuk pengaktifan transkripsi, permulaan apoptosis,[4] pengulangalikan vesikel ER-Golgi dan pengangkutan aksoplasma.[5] Dalam sperma, GAPDHS isoenzim khusus testis dinyatakan.
